Job summary

Hunter Douglas is offering a Supply Chain PMO Intern role in Rotterdam, starting February 2027, with a minimum six-month duration. You will support the Head of PMO in coordinating supply chain projects, maintaining documentation, and updating dashboards and KPIs.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics and operations, contribute to AI-driven initiatives, and help improve internal communication across the supply chain in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO/Bachelor’s/Master’s in a related field.
• Eligible for internship through university.
• Interest in project management and supply chain operations.
• Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall a plus).
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress and update dashboards, KPIs, and status reports
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture key actions
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations)
• Assist with data analysis to support decision-making
• Coordinate the monthly Supply Chain newsletter and drive improvements
• Work with the Supply Chain Data Scientist on AI initiatives to enhance internal communication
