Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Reporting Intern in Rotterdam, Netherlands, starting February 2027. The internship spans at least 6 months within the Supply Chain Finance team, offering hands-on data work, Excel and Power BI training, and exposure to AI-driven reporting.

You will organize data across EMEA plants, build Budget vs Actual reports, and collaborate with FP&A, Plant Finance, and Operations. The role emphasizes data quality, automation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an HBO/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
• Eligible for an internship through your university.
• Interest in project management and supply chain operations, finance.

Responsibilities

• Organise and structure plant, entity, product group and unit-of-measure data for selected EMEA plants.
• Combine actual and forecast data with Budget 2027 plant-volume assumptions.
• Build monthly Budget versus Actual performance reporting.
• Analyse volume, productivity, labour and selected cost drivers.
• Automate recurring management reporting and explore AI-assisted commentary.
• Support monthly reporting cycle and document reporting processes.
