Hunter Douglas Europe is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Reporting Intern in Rotterdam to work with real plant and performance data. You will help improve how results are tracked across selected EMEA plants and develop practical reporting solutions for Finance and Operations using Excel, Power BI, data automation and AI.

The internship starts in early February 2027. You will engage with cross-functional teams, structure data, and contribute to monthly reporting cycles while building scalable

Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Eligible for internship through your university.
• Interested in project management and supply chain operations, finance.
• Comfortable with Excel and large data sets.
• Interested in Power BI, data automation and AI.
• Familiar with change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a big plus).

Responsabilités

• Organise and structure plant, entity, product group and unit-of-measure data for selected EMEA plants.
• Combine actual and forecast data with Budget 2027 plant-volume assumptions.
• Track data sources and identify missing information, duplicates and mapping issues; build monthly Budget versus Actual performance reporting.
• Analyse volume, productivity, labour and selected cost drivers.
• Automate recurring management reporting, such as plant scorecards or standard PowerPoint reporting; explore AI-assisted commentary to support Finance reporting.
• Support the monthly reporting cycle and help improve the overall reporting process; document reporting processes, limitations and handover steps.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain FP&A, Plant Finance, Operations and other data owners.

The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Reporting Internto join our Supply Chain Finance team.

In this role, you’ll work with real plant and performance data, help improve how we track results across selected EMEA plants, and build practical reporting solutions for Finance and Operations. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with Excel, Power BI, data automation and AI, while working closely with teams across the business. This internship will begin in early February 2027.

Who You Are
