Job summary

Hunter Douglas is offering a Supply Chain PMO Intern position in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO/Bachelor/Master in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Project Management.
• Eligible for internship through your university.
• Interested in project management and supply chain operations.
• Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall is a plus).
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track progress and update dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture key actions.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations).
• Assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate the monthly Supply Chain newsletter and drive improvements.
• Work with the Supply Chain Data Scientist on AI initiatives to enhance internal communication.
