Job summary

Suc6recruitment is seeking a Supervisor Transport Solutions for our international logistics client in Venlo. You will lead a team of five colleagues, overseeing daily transport operations and ensuring reliable, cost-conscious solutions for Contract Logistics customers.

You will monitor operations, set priorities, and liaise with customers, carriers, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders. You will identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to make processes smarter and future-proof.

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar.
• minimum of 5 years of experience in transport, distribution, or supply chain, preferably within a logistics service provider.
• experience with managing, coaching, or coordinating a team in an operational environment.
• strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• analytical ability, results-orientation, and experience with KPIs, reporting, and process improvement.
• excellent command of the English language.
