Job summary

Berkel-Enschot is op zoek naar een Working Production Supervisor die de avondploeg aanstuurt en actief bijdraagt op de bak- en productielijn. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, bereidt deeg/beslag en onderhoudt machines volgens receptuur.

Samen met collega’s zorg je voor een nette en veilige werkplek en help je mee met schoonmaak na elke dienst. De functie is fulltime in Berkel-Enschot binnen de Nederlandse confectionery sector, met eventueel kansen voor groei en de CAO Zoetwaren als basisvoorwaarden.

As a Working Production Supervisor, you and the evening shift ensure a smooth production process and consistently high quality. Ready for a role that combines responsibility with hands‑on action? As a Working Production Supervisor, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly throughout your shift. You lead the evening shift team, maintain a clear overview, and coordinate with the Production Manager and Team Leaders. Most importantly, you also take an active, hands‑on role at the oven and on the production line. During your shift, you prepare dough and batter according to established recipes, supply the machines with the correct ingredients, and closely monitor the baking process. You make adjustments whenever necessary to keep production running smoothly. You also assist with packing the products and continuously check that they meet the required quality standards. In addition, you carry out minor maintenance on the production equipment and report any malfunctions promptly. At the end of your shift, you work together with your colleagues to ensure the workplace is left clean and tidy. Daily cleaning tasks are carried out in accordance with established cleaning schedules and quality standards. The offer What can you expect?
