Job summary

Job Invest B.V. in Berkel-Enschot, Netherlands, seeks a Working Production Supervisor to oversee the evening shift on the bakery line and oven. You will lead the team, ensure smooth production, and actively contribute hands-on on the oven and line.

You will prepare dough and batter per recipes, monitor baking, assist with packing, maintain quality, perform minor maintenance, and help keep the area clean per schedules and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food industry

• Able to take responsibility for the production process and product quality

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening shift team and maintain a clear overview of production
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and Team Leaders
• Actively participate at the oven and on the production line
• Prepare dough and batter according to recipes and monitor the baking process
• Assist with packing and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform minor maintenance on production equipment and report malfunctions
• Ensure the workplace is cleaned and maintained according to schedules and quality standards
