Job summary

Job Invest zoekt een Bakery Production Worker voor de avondploeg in Berkel-Enschot. Je bereidt deeg en beslag volgens recept, bedient ovens en bewaakt stap voor stap het bakproces voor perfecte eindproducten.

Daarnaast voer je handmatig vullingen uit, bevoorrad productieapparatuur en draagt bij aan kwaliteitscontroles. Je werkt samen met collega’s aan een schone, veilige werkplek volgens CAO Zoetwaren.

Qualifications

• Opleidingsniveau HBO/bachelor vereist.

Responsibilities

• Bereiden van deeg en beslag volgens recept.
• Bedienen en controleren bakprocessen en ovens.
• Vullen en verdelen van vullingen; aanvoer van machines.
• Kwaliteitscontroles en verpakking van eindproducten.
• Onderhoud van apparatuur en melding bij storingen.
• Schoonhouden van de werkplek volgens schoonmaakplanning en CAO Zoetwaren.

- Berkel-Enschot - Full-time Production employee (evening shift) You make sure that dough and batter go into the oven at exactly the right time and come out as perfectly baked finished products. As a Bakery Production Worker, you closely monitor the baking process and take an active role in production. Read on to find out more! Location Berkel-Enschot Sector Food Employment type Full-time What will you do? As a Bakery Production Worker, you are actively involved in various stages of the production and baking process. You prepare dough and batter according to established recipes and process them using filling or depositing machines. For some products, you also apply and distribute the filling by hand. In addition, you supply the machines with the correct ingredients. Next, you make sure the products are baked properly. You set the ovens, load the oven racks, and change them at the right time. During baking, you closely monitor the process and make adjustments whenever necessary. Once the products are ready, you move them on to the next stage of the production process. Packaging the products and carrying out quality checks are also part of your responsibilities. You also keep a close eye on the production equipment. You carry out minor maintenance yourself and report any malfunctions promptly. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a clean workplace every day in accordance with the established cleaning schedules and quality standards.
