Job summary

Eswelt is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Core HR & Data Lead in Zuid-Holland to support and optimize the SuccessFactors environment with a focus on Employee Central, HR data, reporting and data quality. You will work with international HR, IT and Data stakeholders to deliver improvements in workflows, reporting and data integrity.

Responsibilities include incident coordination, data quality checks using SQL, and developing HR reports via SuccessFactors, SQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Time-Off and Reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience with HR data and data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

For an international organization in Zuid-Holland, I am looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Core HR & Data Lead. You will support and optimize the SuccessFactors environment, with a strong focus on Employee Central, HR data, reporting and data quality.

• Deliver improvements in workflows, RBP, reporting and data
• Coordinate incidents, changes and tickets
• Perform HR data analysis and data quality checks using SQL
• Develop HR reporting using SuccessFactors, SQL and Power BI
• Work closely with international HR, IT and Data stakeholders

Your Profile
