Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks.
• Willingness to maintain tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Available for a minimum of 2 shifts (about 8 hours).
• Living in Utrecht is required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for the riders.
• Ensure hospitality and services meet high standards.
• Responsible for health and safety in the studio.
• Oversee daily and monthly tasks in operations.
• Show leadership and provide feedback to team members.
• Build relationships with riders and foster community.
