Job summary

Rostudios in Rotterdam is seeking Rocycle instructors to join our studio family. You will lead energetic Rocycle classes for 60+ riders, guiding technique and cadence to deliver an authentic, inclusive experience for our community.

We value reliability, teamwork and a friendly, guest-focused approach. The role includes a structured training programme and ongoing development within a fast-growing international fitness brand based across several cities.

Qualifications

Successful completion of Rocycle training programme
Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
Teach a minimum of 6-8 classes per week
No vacation longer than 1 week during training and following 3 months from training completion
From audition, must be a resident of the city you apply for
Availability submitted at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months

Responsibilities

Lead an energetic Rocycle class for 60+ riders, demonstrating proper technique and cadence
Cultivate and maintain connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively
Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality at all times
Maintain exceptional hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction
