Job summary

Rostudios in Amsterdam seeks a Studio Assistant to support studio operations, guest experience, and administrative tasks. You will be the first contact for riders, uphold high hospitality standards, and help maintain health and safety compliance across the studio.

You will also oversee daily tasks, assist with sales and admin work, and contribute leadership by guiding teammates. The role requires flexibility, team spirit, and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Love for sports and Rocycle brand; interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Team oriented with ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks.
• Willing to get hands dirty; value tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Proactive with a creative mind; able to suggest improvements.
• Flexible within studio opening hours.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Available for minimum 2 shifts (~8 hours) including 1 weekend day.
• Residence in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for riders and ensure hospitality standards.
• Maintain health and safety and hygiene in the studio.
• Oversee daily and monthly operations, sales and admin tasks.
• Provide leadership and feedback to team members.
• Build Rocycle’s community by forming rider relationships.
• Know operational procedures and handle maintenance issues.
