Job summary

Rostudios in Utrecht is seeking a passionate Studio Assistant to help run the studio operations. You'll be the first point of contact for riders, ensuring high hospitality standards and maintaining safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks.
• Willingness to maintain tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Available for a minimum of 2 shifts (about 8 hours).
• Living in Utrecht is required.

As a Studio Assistant you will help carry out our mission by effectively assisting in running the studio operations and supporting other team members. You will add value to the company’s success by taking responsibility over your tasks and be a great example.

What does your workday look like?

• You are the first point of contact for the riders.
• You will ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard.
• You are responsible for the health and safety in the studio and will make sure all hygiene standards are met.
• You will oversee all daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration.
• You are able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members.
• You form relationships with the riders and help build Rocycle’s community.

Furthermore

• You attend quarterly meetings and group trainings.
• You are aware of all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues.
• Your working schedule can be from Monday till Sunday between half an hour before and half an hour after studio opening hours.

Your Qualifications

• A love for sports and the Rocycle brand and an interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Team oriented with an ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You value tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Proactiveness and a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
• Flexibility within studio opening hours.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Available for a minimum of 2 shifts (+/- 8 hours).
• Living in Utrecht.
