Job summary

Rostudios in Eindhoven is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a 15-person instructor team and run daily operations for our new Eindhoven studio. You will own scheduling, guest service, recruitment, training, safety compliance and budget oversight while delivering Rostudios’ signature hospitality and community experience.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years of experience in studio/operational management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of at least 2 years.
• Operational experience of 2+ years in a studio or hospitality setting.
• Experience recruiting and training part-time staff preferable.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Available to start in October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall studio operations including customer service, maintenance, cleaning, logistics, staffing and performance.
• Lead by example, be the face of the studio, and build relationships with customers to grow Rostudios' community.
• Plan and forecast team capacity; recruit and manage staff hiring and firing decisions.
• Manage expenses, scheduling, and partnerships with suppliers while ensuring safety compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing for events and organize quarterly staff trainings.
