• Able to provide clear and fair evaluations of performance.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop instructor skills for current and new instructors.
• Attend classes to assess instructor performance.
• Deliver feedback and performance evaluations in alignment with standards.
• Implement additional training for instructors.
