Job summary

Anthos Fund & Asset Management is seeking a proactive Working Student to join the Client Advisory & Solutions team in Amsterdam. You will assist with business development activities, prepare client materials, and help manage meetings and proposals.

The role involves market research, CRM maintenance, event support, and collaboration with experienced professionals in a values-based asset management environment. This is a 3‑month contract, with potential extension and a 2‑day‑per‑week availability.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Interest in investments and financial markets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and improve presentations and client materials.
• Support the preparation and follow‑up of meetings and proposals.
• Maintain CRM data and support pipeline management.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Coordinate information gathering for RFPs and RFIs.
• Support client and prospect events.
• Assist with business development initiatives and commercial projects.
• Help identify and implement process improvements.
