Job summary

Anthos Fund & Asset Management zoekt een proactieve Working Student voor het Client Advisory & Solutions team. Je ondersteunt business development en bereidt presentaties en klantmaterialen voor. Je werkt mee aan meetings, CRM-gegevens en marktonderzoek.

Een HBO/WO-opleiding en interesse in beleggingen zijn vereist; Excel/PowerPoint en Engelsvaardigheden zijn gewenst. Het betreft een tijdelijk, gedeeltelijk dienstverband met ongeveer 2 dagen per week; start in overleg; eerste 3 maanden contract

Qualifications

• Momenteel bezig met een Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in Economie, Financiën, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Interesse in beleggingen en financiële markten.
• Sterke aandacht voor details en organisatorische vaardigheden.
• Proactief, hands-on en leergierig.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden en verbeteren van presentaties en klantmaterialen.
• Ondersteunen bij voorbereiding en opvolging van meetings en voorstellen.
• Onderhouden van CRM-gegevens en ondersteuning van pipeline management.
• Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en concurrentieanalyse.
• Coördineren van informatieverzameling voor RFPs/RFIs.
• Ondersteunen van klant- en prospect evenementen.
• Assisteren bij business development-initiatieven en commerciële projecten.
• Helpen bij procesverbeteringen implementeren.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Working Student to join our Client Advisory & Solutions team and support our business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within the investment industry while working closely with experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and improve presentations and client materials
• Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and proposals
• Maintain CRM data and support pipeline management
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Coordinate information gathering for RFPs and RFIs
• Support client and prospect events
• Assist with business development initiatives and commercial projects
• Help identify and implement process improvements

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Interested in investments and financial markets
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands‑on and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Familiar with CRM systems and AI tools such as Copilot

Additional information

• Available approximately 2 days per week
• An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension
