Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, welding certifications, and proven experience in steelworking. The role requires physical capability, safety-consciousness, and teamwork to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Welding certifications and safety training required.
• Prior experience in steelworking or construction advantageous.
• Proficiency in welding, cutting and metalworking techniques.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal communication for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Form, fabricate and erect structural steel components.
• Align steel sections to meet blueprints and reinforce work.
• Cut, assemble and fit rods, tubing and metal parts.
• Operate hoists and use drills and measuring devices.
• Weld connections and securement clips to structural members.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE on site.
