Job summary

ENGNR is seeking an experienced ironworker to specialise in building steel structures, including supports and cable trays. You will fabricate, assemble and install according to precise drawings and specifications, ensuring quality on site in Rotterdam.

The ideal candidate has proven ironworking experience, knowledge of steel structures, the ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency with metalworking tools. A VCA certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as an ironworker or in a similar position in the industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of steel structures and experience working from technical drawings.
• Skill in handling various metalworking tools and machines.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to adhere to them.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• VCA certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing steel structures such as supports and cable trays according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Operating various tools and machines for cutting, welding, bending and assembling steel.
• Conduct quality checks on finished work to meet required standards.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Comply with safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
