Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. in the Netherlands seeks skilled welders to contribute to the production of structural components and the assembly of aerators and fine screens.

You will work in small teams, read technical drawings, perform MIG/MAG welding, and handle steel and stainless steel fabrication. The role offers a Dutch employment contract, fully equipped accommodation, medical insurance, weekly salary payments with overtime opportunities, BSN and VCA certification support, 32 paid days

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of MIG/MAG welding experience.
Ability to construct and assemble from technical drawings.
English language level at B2 or higher.
Experience with steel and stainless steel materials.
Nice to have: experience with custom-made steel structures.

Responsibilities

Construct and assemble aerators, fine screens and other steel structures.
Read and interpret technical drawings for construction and assembly.
Work with steel and stainless steel materials.
Produce mainly single items and small series.
Operate various factory machines.
