Job summary

Warner Music Benelux is seeking a Streaming Manager to support the Head of DSPs & Socials and the Streaming & Radio Promo Manager. You will coordinate streaming initiatives, manage key accounts (Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube Music), curate owned playlists, and provide performance insight for strategy across Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.

The role includes managing Spotify ad credits, data reporting, and campaign assets for new releases, with a focus on growth, retention and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a music industry role with exposure to digital distribution, streaming operations, or analytics.
• Experience with DSP dashboards and CMS systems.
• Strong understanding of the music market and genre trends.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret streaming data and drive commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with DSPs, maintaining relationships with account and editorial managers.
• Directly manage and develop streaming relations for Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube Music.
• Coordinate asset delivery, metadata updates and logistics for new releases across DSPs.
• Manage Warner-owned playlists (Topsify) across Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
• Develop and execute campaigns to grow followers and maximize streams on owned playlists.
• Track performance and provide insights on curation effectiveness and trends.
• Produce weekly, monthly and campaign reports for the team.
