Job summary

Warner Music Benelux is seeking a Streaming Manager to support the Head of DSPs & Socials and the Streaming & Radio Promo Manager in executing the digital strategy. The role focuses on coordinating streaming releases, managing key accounts (Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube Music) and curating Warner-owned playlists.

You will deliver performance reports, provide data-driven insights, and help drive growth across Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a music industry role with exposure to digital distribution, streaming operations, or analytics.
• Experience with various DSP dashboards and CMS systems.
• Profound understanding of the music market and genre trends.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex streaming data and translate into clear commercial strategies.
• Strong network, relationship management and communication skills for building relationships with global DSP partners.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and coordinate complex assets and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on process efficiency and execution.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Fluent, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with DSPs and maintain relationships with account and editorial managers.
• Directly manage and develop streaming strategies for Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube Music.
• Secure editorial support and co-marketing activations for new releases.
• Coordinate asset delivery, metadata updates and logistical coordination across DSPs.
• Organize assets, timelines and pitch documents for partner pitches.
• Manage ad credits and inventory for Spotify and YouTube.
• Develop and grow Warner owned playlists across Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
• Execute campaigns to drive followers and maximize streams from owned playlists.
• Track performance and provide data insights to inform strategy.
• Automate weekly, monthly and campaign-specific reports for the team.
• Assist in deep-dive data analysis to identify trends and audience shifts.
• Provide channel analysis and content programming support for YouTube.
