Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years of experience in a top-tier or internal strategy/analytical role.
• Solid foundation in hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Structured, analytical and able to turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Work is accurate, well-organised and clearly communicated.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Think-Cell is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; curious about financial services and digital transformation.
