NN Group, based in The Hague, is expanding its Strategy Consulting Pool to deliver high-impact strategic work across growth, business model design, and long-term bets. You will work on board-level priorities, combining problem solving with execution, and contribute to tangible business outcomes.

The team works onsite at least two days per week, with options to meet in Amsterdam; 27 vacation days, 13th month, BeFrank pension, and extensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a top-tier or internal strategy/analytical role.
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Structured, analytical, and clear communicator in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Break down complex questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research, gather and analyse data.
• Translate findings into clear, well-structured storylines and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of analyses, deliverables and planning to contribute to high-quality outcomes.
