Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to lead EUK workforce agility, deliver 12-week forecasts, and drive proactive insights for service leaders. You will manage a team of Resource Planners and oversee data integrity across planning and deployment decisions.

The role requires deep expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and change management, with a track record of leading resource planning teams in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the EUK or similar markets.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate forecasts into actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with regional groups.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to interpret workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast and highlight supply and demand variance.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decisions.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize talent agility across accounts and sectors.
