Erasmus School of Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam seeks a Vice Dean of Education to lead the School's educational agenda starting 1 January 2027. The role requires a strong, inclusive leadership style, a commitment to educational excellence, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The Vice Dean will shape education policy, supervise the Programme Director, and work with the Management Team to align strategy with university goals.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in higher education.
• Proven track record in educational excellence and policy development.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including university bodies.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic long-term vision for education.
• Oversee quality frameworks, accreditation and programme reviews.
• Supervise Programme Director and align education strategy with School goals.
• Engage with external partners and internal MT to drive education policy.
