Qualifications

• Experienced Associate Professor or Full Professor with a track record in academic leadership and education
• Strong strategic thinker with a clear vision for education and societal impact
• Collaborative and inclusive leadership with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Expertise in educational innovation at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels and experience with quality assurance/accreditations
• Excellent stakeholder management and transparent communication
• Thorough knowledge of the Dutch higher education system
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch (CEFR C1) and good English (CEFR C1)
• Environmental and political awareness; visionary leadership and networking
• Connecting and collaborative leadership with persuasive influencing abilities

Responsibilities

• Developing a strategic long‑term vision for education within the School
• Contributing to the multi‑year strategic plan and its execution
• Establishing degree programme structures, educational quality and QA processes
• Overseeing internal and external evaluations, accreditations and programme reviews
• Supervising the Programme Director and aligning education strategy with departments
• Representing the School in university‑wide education bodies and with external partners
