Job summary

Acta Marine is seeking a Tender Manager to lead technical and commercial tender efforts, shaping value propositions from an ITT basis. You will position Acta Marine competitively during negotiations and manage the bid process with stakeholders.

The role requires an offshore/maritime background, strong English, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Hybrid work and international opportunities are offered, with emphasis on growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or legal disciplines.
• 8+ years in a similar tender/BD role, preferably offshore.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Solid understanding of legal and contractual documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical tenders per ITT with evaluations.
• Deliver comprehensive technical and commercial quotations.
• Prepare pricing, budgets, and cost forecasts for tenders and projects.
• Produce project cost estimates and financial quotations.
• Draft method statements per tender specifications and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
