Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to strengthen European and Pacific Developed Markets. You will build category dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support reviews with actionable plans, reporting accurately to senior stakeholders.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive inventory optimization, service levels, and forecasting improvements, contributing to ongoing supply chain excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with SAP and OMP planning systems.
• Strong data visualization and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category dashboards for real-time visibility into supply chain performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify planning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support monthly and quarterly category reviews with action plans.
• Assist in inventory and service level diagnostics to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure data validation, cleansing and visualization for reliable insights.
• Generate insights from data to inform supply chain strategy and optimization.
