Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to join the EPDM Zone. You will deliver analytical support, maintain planning tools and dashboards, and provide real-time visibility into inventory, lead times and service levels.

You will track KPIs, support monthly and quarterly category reviews, and drive data-driven improvements across Western Europe operations, collaborating with sales, marketing and operations to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) required to apply.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel.
• Experienced in planning systems such as SAP and OMP.
• Knowledgeable in supply chain KPIs and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and planning insights to category managers and planners; maintain planning tools and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain category dashboards for real-time visibility into inventory levels, lead times, and service levels.
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify planning performance gaps and opportunities for improvement (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, fill rates).
• Support monthly and quarterly category reviews to align with business objectives and develop action plans.
• Assist in inventory and service level diagnostics; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy by developing robust processes including data validation and visualization.
• Generate insights from data to inform supply chain strategy and optimization initiatives.
