Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Demand Planner to lead forecast development for the Benelux away-from-home range, leveraging O9 data and cross-functional input. You will help shape demand planning strategy, guide launches, and align factory and logistics planning to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in supply chain, advanced Excel, and SAP/O9 experience, with fluent English. EU work permit required.

3+ years of supply chain experience is essential.
Advanced Excel knowledge required.
SAP and O9 experience preferred.
Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage forecast for full FMCG range down to SKU level using O9 platform.
Drive forecast accuracy by incorporating promotions and cross-functional inputs.
Establish a framework for forecast challenges and drive consensus.
Collaborate with central Supply Planning to ensure smooth product flow to local warehouses.
Optimize inventory levels and minimize write-offs through monthly supply chain processes.
Ensure high service levels including Case Fill Rate and Delivery Date.
Partner with planning, commercial category, and sales teams to launch new products or renovate existing lines.
