Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join the Benelux operations team. You will own forecasting for our Away From Home FMCG products, leveraging historical data and new insights to shape demand planning, inventory policy, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities include base forecasting to SKU level using O9, driving forecast accuracy with cross-functional inputs, and collaborating with central supply planning to ensure smooth product flow to local

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience with demand planning exposure.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and O9 platforms.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage the forecast for the full FMCG range for the Benelux away-from-home business.
• Generate high-quality base forecasts down to SKU level using the O9 platform.
• Drive forecast accuracy by incorporating promotions and cross-functional inputs.
• Collaborate with supply planning to ensure seamless product flow to local warehouses.
• Optimize inventory and minimize write-offs through monthly loss management and sales initiatives.
• Ensure high customer service levels including Case Fill Rate and Delivered Date.
• Support new product launches and renovations with cross-functional teams.
