Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to join the European and Pacific Developed Markets team in Amsterdam. You will deliver data-driven planning insights, build category dashboards, and support reviews to align with business objectives.

You’ll analyze KPIs, optimize inventory and service levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in Western Europe operations.

Qualifications

• EU Working Permit required (Orientation Year visa not included).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel for data visualization.
• Experience with planning systems such as OMP and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain KPIs and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and planning insights to category managers and planners.
• Maintain planning tools and dashboards for real-time visibility into supply chain performance (inventory, lead times, service levels).
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, fill rates).
• Support monthly/quarterly category reviews and develop action plans.
• Perform inventory and service level diagnostics with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure reporting accuracy through validation, cleansing, and visualization processes.
• Generate data-driven insights to inform supply chain strategy and optimization initiatives.
