Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners seeks a Supply & Inventory Planner to ensure the right product is available at the right time, supporting marketplace growth while balancing inventory health, sales, and profitability for a global Retail & Sportswear brand.

You will execute buy and inventory strategies, manage WOS targets, and collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and visualization tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to balance consumer, marketplace, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy and inventory strategies across the supply chain.
• Manage inventory levels and Weeks of Supply (WOS) targets.
• Identify supply risks and opportunities, driving actions to protect sales and margin.
• Partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
• Translate complex business and supply chain challenges into clear recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within Supply & Inventory Management.
