Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a Senior Assortment Planner to develop consumer-focused assortment strategies across key product categories in a fast-paced sportswear retail environment. You will work with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive profitability, inventory health, and commercial performance.

You will own seasonal assortment, sales, and inventory plans, optimize margins and stock levels, and lead buying and responsive planning

Qualifications

Strong experience in assortment, merchandise, retail or demand planning.
Excellent understanding of retail financials, inventory management and commercial KPIs.
Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Confident communicator with problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and own seasonal assortment, sales and inventory plans.
Optimize sales, margin, stock levels and open-to-buy performance.
Lead seasonal buying and responsive planning activities.
Identify risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver business targets and strong consumer experiences.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements through insights and analytics.
