Job summary

Delta Electronics seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planner to support supply chain operations, inventory planning, procurement, and logistics. You will ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels and manage suppliers.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAP data, monitoring inventory, creating POs, coordinating with suppliers and logistics, and developing Power BI dashboards for performance insights. Fluency in English is required; Helmond, Netherlands location would apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years SAP experience in a supply chain environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales support, or import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages or Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supply chain data in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand trends, and support forecasting activities.
• Create and manage purchase orders and track supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time product availability.
• Support import/export, transportation, and customs activities when required.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Support system enhancements, SAP updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
