Job summary

Otis SE in Utrecht seeks a cross-functional Supply Chain sourcing specialist to act as the central point for regional supply chain needs. You will coordinate end-to-end non-catalogue sourcing, negotiate local contracts, and support EMEA/global category teams to leverage regional opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain with some supply chain experience, strong stakeholder management, and analytical skills; fluent Dutch and English are essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain or a related field.
Some experience in supply chain; experience in a technical or construction environment is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on mentality.
Analytical and solution-oriented.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end non-catalogue sourcing within the operational region, including RFQs, supplier selection, competitive bids and approvals.
Negotiate and execute local contracts and country-specific agreements, with follow-up calls and dispute handling.
Support EMEA- and global category sourcing teams with EMEA-wide agreements and opportunities.
Monitor and manage KPI compliance for external resources performing administrative tasks locally.
Collaborate with operations to monitor subcontractor capacity and performance; onboard subcontractors and expand the Benelux network.
