Job summary

Jacobs Douwe Egberts is hiring a Supply Chain Systems Specialist for Northern Europe, based in Utrecht with office options in Copenhagen/Brussels/Utrecht. You will lead end-to-end supply chain systems projects, support Order-to-Cash processes, and collaborate with IT and business teams to improve efficiency across the region.

The role requires hands-on IT/system skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience with ERP and EDI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of supply chain systems across Northern Europe, translating business needs into effective system solutions.
• Provide daily support to supply chain, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure business continuity.
• Serve as the key liaison between business users and IT teams for clear communication and smooth operations.
• Manage and monitor EDI performance, driving connectivity and perfect order performance.
