Job summary

QuantWare is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to define the SRM process with key suppliers and establish KPIs. You will manage direct and indirect suppliers across the organization, collaborating with Facilities, Production, R&D, Product Development, Logistics and Sales.

You will craft category strategies, size relationships appropriately, and lead tender processes when needed. You will help quantify suppliers' sustainability profiles and support CSR reporting, working with our Director

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in formal supplier relationship management for indirect services and direct materials preferably in an advanced manufacturing setting.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; able to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish Category strategies for direct and indirect spend.
• Be the primary contact for supplier issues and resolutions.
• Define SRM program with KPIs tracking cost optimization and accountability (OTIF).
• Lead supplier assurance activities with stakeholders to apply 80/20 insights.
• Ensure contract excellence with Legal and Finance on terms and compliance.
• Research supplier profiles for make-vs-buy decisions and risk management.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain profiles for Tier 1 suppliers.
• Establish SOPs for SRM including quarterly meetings and supplier visits.
