Job summary

QuantWare seeks a Supplier Relationship Manager to lead SRM for direct and indirect spend, define category strategies, and build robust KPI-driven relationships with key suppliers. You’ll collaborate across Facilities, Production, R&D, and Logistics to optimize cost, quality, and compliance.

In a hybrid setup, you’ll work with Legal and Finance to ensure contract terms and payments align with regulatory guidelines while driving supplier performance and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in supplier relationship management for indirect services and direct materials.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management.
• Strong expertise establishing and measuring KPIs in SRM.
• Familiarity with GDPR, INCO terms and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish category strategies for direct and indirect spend.
• Build win-win relationships with current suppliers and define SRM program with KPIs (OTIF).
• Be the primary point of contact for supplier issues and resolutions.
• Own supplier assurance activities with key stakeholders to apply the 80/20 rule where possible.
• Ensure contract excellence with Legal and Finance for payments and terms.
• Research supplier profiles for make-vs-buy decisions and risk management.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain profiles for Tier 1 suppliers.
• Establish SOPs for SRM, including quarterly meetings and supplier visits.
