Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for 3PL Category Management in Cloud Indirect. You will lead multi-year category roadmaps, drive end-to-end sourcing, and own key supplier relationships across Amsterdam and Dublin.

This strategic role focuses on long-term capacity planning, governance, and value realization with centralized support for contract execution and cost intelligence. You will influence senior stakeholders, design category strategies, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in sourcing, category management, or supply chain, indirect spend.
Experience with commercial contract management and supplier negotiations.
Experience with real estate/3PL or related infra categories.
Experience developing category strategies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and RFx events.
Own the commercial relationship with strategic suppliers and lead negotiations.
Collaborate with Operations, Global Capacity Planning, and Finance to align roadmaps.
Decompose Total Cost of Ownership and leverage analytics for savings.
Mitigate supply-chain risks with pre-qualified supplier pipelines.
