Job summary

Vattenfall in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations to shape resilient procurement for offshore logistics, transport & installation and foundations. You will lead end-to-end procurement, negotiate key contracts, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize value and project success.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and English proficiency, with international travel to project sites and suppliers.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent required.
5+ years of experience on high-value CAPEX procurement projects.
Experience in large industrial renewables or oil and gas is preferred.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement processes from strategy development to contract delivery.
Act as single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers.
Develop and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials.
Steer tender teams and ensure compliance, transparency, and fair competition.
Drive stakeholder management and align decisions with category strategies.
Promote best-in-class procurement practices and supply chain development.
