Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations to own strategic sourcing across offshore logistics, transport and installation, and foundations. Qualifications

• University degree plus ~5 years in high-value CAPEX procurement in renewables/oil & gas.
• Experience in offshore execution or shipping with procurement exposure.
• Strong track record with large spend suppliers in international settings.
• Knowledge of wind project FIDIC contracts is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously while enabling teamwork.
• Familiarity with project management and lean process adoption.
• Negotiation experience on installation vessel contracts and standard forms (FIDIC/LOGIC/BIMCO).
• Interest in mentoring junior procurement staff.
• Strong English skills (spoken and written).
• EU tender experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned offshore categories and projects.
• Act as single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers.
• Develop and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials.
• Steer tender teams to ensure compliance, transparency and fair competition.
• Drive stakeholder management aligning procurement with category strategies.
• Promote best-in-class procurement practices and supply chain development.
