Job summary

Vattenfall GmbH in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Foundation Installation Engineer to provide offshore turbine foundation installation engineering expertise for offshore wind development projects and to deliver key engineering assignments.

You will lead delivery across the project lifecycle, manage engineering tasks with a strong commercial mindset, support O&M campaigns, and contribute to our Transportation & Installation Engineering team with a focus on digitalization and cross-border

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years project engineering experience in offshore foundation installation context.
Good knowledge of offshore installation equipment and systems.
Strong commercial and project management mindset.
Fluent in English.
Strong intercultural awareness and cross-border collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide offshore turbine foundation installation engineering expertise to Offshore Wind projects.
Be accountable for individual projects in delivery phases to support Installation Manager.
Manage project-specific engineering tasks during development to mitigate risks.
Support Operations & Maintenance in providing engineering skills for campaigns.
Provide HSE leadership in offshore cable installation methodologies.
Contribute to growth of the Transportation & Installation Engineering team.
Develop competences in project management and offshore installation methodologies.
Develop project engineering competences within the Technical Authority community.
