Job summary

Vattenfall seeks an experienced Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations to own strategic sourcing across offshore logistics, transport & installation and foundations. You will lead end-to-end procurement, negotiate key contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure best-value solutions supporting the energy transition.

The role requires significant CAPEX procurement experience in renewables or related industries, strong English, and the ability to drive complex tenders and team

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with about 5 years' experience in high-value CAPEX procurement.
• Experience in offshore renewables, oil & gas, or similar complex industries.
• Strong English language skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for offshore logistics, transport & installation, and foundations.
• Act as single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers.
• Develop, tailor and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials.
• Steer core tender teams with compliance, transparency and fair competition.
• Drive stakeholder management and align procurement decisions with category strategies.
