Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Netherlands B.V. is seeking a mid-level Services Account Executive to lead the sale of complex services projects and transformation programs.

You will partner with Sales, PreSales, Delivery, and Commercial teams to tailor offerings and strengthen long‑term customer relationships. You will translate customer priorities into structured, viable service proposals, manage engagements end-to-end, and ensure profitability and value delivery across software platforms such as

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on software vendor experience.
• Experience in service sales, engagement management, or transformation programs.
• Proven track record with large enterprise customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of PLM or digital engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping and sale of strategic projects and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, PreSales, Delivery and Commercial teams to tailor service offerings.
• Manage the engagement lifecycle from opportunity development to handover to delivery.
• Develop structured proposals and ensure commercial viability and scalability.
• Ensure service revenue, profitability, and delivery feasibility; forecast pipeline.
