Job summary

You will lead the design and evolution of marketing technology solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical squads. The role requires deep Marketing Cloud expertise, Data Cloud experience, and strong stakeholder engagement across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design activities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into scalable designs.
• Define customer engagement, personalisation and marketing automation strategies.
• Design customer data models, audience segmentation and journey architectures.
• Support integration of Marketing Cloud with CRM, CDP and other systems.
• Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts and project managers throughout delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and guide future-state marketing technology strategy.
