Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect in Utrecht to shape Salesforce-driven transformations. You will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into scalable architectures while guiding senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will mentor teams, contribute to pre-sales, and advance CRM strategy in a collaborative, global environment with hybrid work options. Dutch language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments.
• Strong functional and solution design across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills bridging business and tech teams.
• Consulting mindset with stakeholder management and value-driven delivery.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading solution design across projects.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution.
• Lead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap definition.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solution architectures.
• Ensure alignment between business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Provide governance and quality assurance across projects and programs.
• Mentor and coach team members, strengthening consulting and solution design capabilities.
• Support pre-sales and proposal development, shaping solution approaches for new opportunities.
