Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in resource planning, traffic management, or operations within an agency environment.
• Comfortable pushing back on senior staff and holding Project Leads accountable.
• Ability to analyze utilization data for actionable forecasting and hiring advice.
• Cool under pressure and find creative solutions in fluctuating planning.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly planning for shared Strength Centers, allocating resources based on priority and availability.
• Mediate resource allocation conflicts among multiple Units.
• Decide on sourcing freelancers when internal capacity is full.
• Monitor planning across Units to prevent over-booking or under-booking.
• Ensure accuracy of foundational data like timesheets and allocations.
• Provide data and capacity forecasts for strategic decision-making.
• Advise on potential structural capacity gaps and new vacancies.
