Job summary

Vector Synergy is looking for a Senior Officer in The Hague, Netherlands, to manage resources effectively and engage senior managers to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of related experience or equivalent expertise.

The role involves overseeing a portfolio of programmes and ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management. A NATO Secret security clearance is also required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of post-related experience or 10 years of related expertise.
• Elementary financial knowledge on funding streams and resource planning.
• Experience in resource management including planning and allocation of budgets.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and influencing senior managers for business objectives.
• Leading the definition of a portfolio of programmes and projects.
• Planning, scheduling, and reporting on portfolio-related activities.
